The Marana Unified School District’s Pyramid of Success visually depicts the supportive organizational model at work within the District. The Pyramid emphasizes “Support, Teamwork and Accountability” and demonstrates the importance of cohesiveness and how all roles contribute to the culture of caring and opportunity for the students. This model illustrates how the Governing Board, Superintendent, Departments, Marana Education Association, Marana Education Support Professionals, Parents and Community all work together in providing support to teachers, support staff and to the #1 priority, the students within the Marana community.
